Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is the consent of a user of the website https://dedoku.ru and of the game “Dedoku: Detective Sudoku” on that website (hereinafter referred to as the Website, the Game and the User, respectively) to the processing of personal data by KOTBRED Limited Liability Company (ООО «КОТБРЭД», OGRN 1247800084245, INN 7813682306, address: 298603, RESPUBLIKA KRYM, G.O. YALTA, G. YALTA, UL. SVERDLOVA, D. 81, KV. 33), hereinafter referred to as the Operator.

1.2. This document consists of two independent consents: one concerning the data for signing in to an account (section 2) and one concerning cookies and the Yandex Metrica service (section 3). Each consent is given by its own action described in the relevant section. In giving consent, the User acts freely, of their own will and in their own interest; the consent is specific, substantive, informed, conscious and unambiguous.

1.3. The consent is given separately from the user agreement and the Personal Data Processing Policy (https://dedoku.ru/legal/privacy/). Without the consent under section 3, the Game is fully functional.

2. Consent Concerning Account Sign-In Data

2.1. This consent is given by checking the box labeled “I give my consent to the processing of personal data” in the sign-in window before signing in to the account.

2.2. Data: when signing in with VK ID or Yandex ID, the user identifier in that service, the name, the profile image (avatar) and the email address transmitted by the sign-in service; when signing in with email, the email address and a one-time confirmation code.

2.3. Purposes: signing in to the account and protecting it, saving game progress and purchases across different devices, sending fiscal receipts, responding to inquiries.

2.4. Actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction, by automated means. Emails with the sign-in code are sent via the Yandex Cloud Postbox service (Yandex.Cloud LLC, ООО «Яндекс.Облако») on the instructions of the Operator.

2.5. The consent is valid for as long as the User has an account on the Website, or until it is withdrawn.

3. Consent to Cookies and the Yandex Metrica Service

3.1. This consent is given by clicking the “OK” button in the cookie notice at the bottom of a page of the Website or the Game. Until the button is clicked, Yandex Metrica is not loaded.

3.2. Data: browser identifiers in Yandex Metrica cookies (including ClientID); the IP address and the country and city determined from it; information about the browser, device and operating system; the addresses of the Website pages viewed, the referral source and advertising campaign tags (including the Yandex Direct click identifier yclid), the date and time of visits; events in the Game: launching the Game, solving the 1st, 3rd and 5th case, 10 minutes in the Game, signing in to the account, a purchase and its amount. The name, email address, order number and account identifier are not transmitted to Yandex Metrica. The User's actions on the pages are not recorded (Webvisor).

3.3. Purposes: analysis of traffic to the Website and the Game; evaluation and improvement of the effectiveness of advertising for the Game in Yandex Direct.

3.4. Actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction, by automated means.

3.5. On the instructions of the Operator, the data is processed by YANDEX LLC (ООО «ЯНДЕКС», OGRN 1027700229193, INN 7736207543, 119021, G. MOSKVA, UL. LVA TOLSTOGO, D. 16) under the Terms of Use of the Yandex Metrica service (https://yandex.ru/legal/metrica_termsofuse/). The Yandex Metrica tag is linked to the Operator's advertising account in Yandex Direct; therefore, in order to display and evaluate advertising, YANDEX LLC also processes this data for the purposes of its Privacy Policy (https://yandex.ru/legal/confidential/).

3.6. The Operator stores the date, time and version of this consent in the User's account on the Website.

3.7. The consent is valid for 1 year from the moment it is given, or until it is withdrawn.

4. Storage and Withdrawal

4.1. The data is stored in the territory of the Russian Federation. No cross-border transfer is carried out.

4.2. The User is entitled to withdraw either of the consents by sending an email to oookotbread@yandex.ru. The email must specify the sign-in method and the email address of the account, or the detective number from the Game.

4.3. After the consent under section 3 is withdrawn, the Operator records the withdrawal in the User's account, and Yandex Metrica is no longer loaded in the Game or on the Website for that account. The User may also stop the collection in their own browser immediately on their own: by deleting the Website data in the browser settings (the cookie notice will appear again – there is no need to click the “OK” button) or by installing the browser extension “Блокировщик Яндекс.Метрики” (a Yandex Metrica blocker).

4.4. After the consent under section 2 is withdrawn, signing in by the corresponding method becomes unavailable, and the account's progress may be deleted.
